
General Conference Information
The Lead the Way Conference 2025 is a two-day professional learning event bringing together leaders, educators, and practitioners from education, community services, and mental health to explore how we can strengthen cultures of safety, wellbeing, and leadership.
What to Bring:
๐น Your registration confirmation email (digital or printed).
๐น A notepad or device for taking notes.
๐น Comfortable clothing (layers recommended due to air conditioning variations).
๐น Warm clothing for networking drinks on the terrace. Terrace has a roof and heaters but extra layers are recommended.
Conference Materials & Resources
๐น Printed conference programs will be provided at check-in.
๐น Digital copies of presentations and resources will be available post-event.
๐น Session selections - attendees will be asked to select sections closer to the conference date.

๐น What should I wear? Business casual or smart casual is recommended. We suggest bringing a light jacket as room temperatures may vary.
๐น Will sessions be recorded? Keynotes and selected panel discussions will be recorded and available post-event for registered attendees.
๐น Can I change my session selections? Workshop spaces are first-come, first-served, so please arrive early for your preferred sessions.
๐น What if I need assistance during the event? Conference staff will be available at the Registration Desk throughout the event.
๐น Is it possible to attend virtually? The Conference is exclusively an in-person event.
